DAISY Award

The DAISY Award was established by the DAISY Foundation in memory of J. Patrick Barnes who died at 33 of an auto-immune disease. His family was awestruck by the clinical skills, caring and compassion of the nurses who cared for him. They created this national award to honor his memory and thank nurses everywhere.

The BEE Award

The BEE (Being Extraordinary Everyday) Award was created as part of the DAISY Award program to honor and recognize those who provide outstanding assistance to our licensed nursing staff so they can provide extraordinary patient care and support every day. Because a DAISY can’t survive without a Bee and a Bee can’t survive without a DAISY!
