Hurricane Helene impact on VA Augusta operations

Augusta , GA — VA Augusta closing Athens and Statesboro clinics Friday in response to Hurricane Helene

Both Augusta campuses and Aiken clinic to remain open

Out of an abundance of caution for our Veterans and VA staff, VA Augusta Health Care System has decided to close operations at our Athens and Statesboro VA outpatient clinics on Friday, Sep. 27. Operations will continue as normal at Augusta downtown and uptown campuses as well as the Aiken VA Outpatient Clinic throughout the week. We will continue to provide updates as they occur.
