March 28: VA Augusta to Host Resource Fair for Women Veterans

Augusta , GA — VA Augusta Health Care System invites all Women Veterans to a resource fair from noon to 4 p.m., Thursday, March 28, in Room 3B-125 at our Uptown site at 1 Freedom Way in Augusta.

“Women make up the fastest-growing patient population across our health care system,” said VA Augusta psychologist Dr. Shannon Rogers. “To meet that need, we are working to provide healthcare equity by expanding services access across our VA including primary care, mental health, specialty care, and support services. This resource fair is a great opportunity for women Veterans to explore these resources. We will have Eligibility and Enrollment at the fair to register any Women Veterans who are not yet registered at VA Augusta and want to engage in care with us.”
