Thursday at Noon: WRDW’s Liz Owens to join VA Augusta for Women’s History Month Observance

Augusta , GA — Liz Owens, senior investigative reporter for WRDW 12/26, will join VA Augusta Health Care System for its Women’s History Month observance, Thursday, March 21, at noon, in the 3B-111 Auditorium of its Uptown campus at 1 Freedom Way. Owens will serve as guest speaker for the program.

“We’re honored to have a woman who is a leader and influencer in the Augusta area,” said Zenobia Boyd, who leads the diversity and inclusivity efforts for VA Augusta. “Ms. Owens has earned success in a largely male-dominated career field, and we’re excited to hear her share about those experiences.”
