Dr. Morgan E. Longstreth is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with older adult Veterans in the Mental Health Clinic (MHC).

Dr. Longstreth completed her doctorate at the University of Wyoming and clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship in Geropsychology at the VA Bedford Healthcare System. She currently serves as a licensed clinical psychologist in the Mental Health Clinic, where she exclusively works with older adult Veterans. She provides individual psychotherapy with an emphasis on evidence-based practices, most frequently utilizing techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy (MCP) to facilitate finding meaning, purpose, and acceptance in both the normal and disordered challenges of aging.

In addition to clinical work, Dr. Longstreth enjoys serving as a supervisor to psychology trainees at all levels. She currently serves as a cofacilitator of both the ACT-D training seminar and the Diversity Seminar, both for mental health trainees. Across all spaces, she is passionate about providing consultation on working with older adult Veterans and exploring the intricacies of Geropsychology. She is currently working toward her hours for ABPP Board Certification in Geropsychology.

Outside of the office, Dr. Longstreth enjoys watching football, spending Saturdays enjoying The Ohio State Buckeyes (her alma mater, O-H!) and Sundays worrying about the Cincinnati Bengals (Who Dey!). She spends much of her free time learning new crafts, currently tackling learning to knit and sharpening her skills as a crocheter. In addition, she enjoys road trips with her spouse and her dog, Ickey.
