The below items need to be reviewed/completed by all training program directors and folks who track hours on the EARs tracking sheets. This applies only to training programs with physician trainees paid through the disbursement agreement.

  1. Review the OAA EARs tracker version 5.0
  2. Review the OAA Directive 1400.05
  3. Watch the OAA training video explaining the tracker: Watch 'AY 2023-2024 EARs Workbook v.5 Demonstration' | Microsoft Stream (Classic)
