The Guayama Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a Satellite of the Ponce VA Outpatient Clinic and of the San Juan VA Medical Center and was established in 2003 to improve access to Primary Care services for veterans in Southeast Puerto Rico. We currently provide a variety of services:

Primary care
