Kittra Owens DPM, FACFAS, FACPM

Dr. Owens graduated from Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degree in Biology. Her postgraduate education continued at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. In 2015, Dr. Owens completed her active-duty service and transitioned to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Dr. Owens is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. In addition, she is an Assistant Professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) School of Medicine. Her role as VA Graduate Medical Education Site Director for Podiatry/Foot and Ankle Surgery allows continued involvement in training Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Podiatric Surgery residents. Dr. Owens is a proud Navy Veteran who has served in Afghanistan, Cuba and Japan.
