Sexual Assault Awareness Month

The Dayton VA is committed to supporting survivors of military sexual trauma (MST) year-round, and April marks a particularly important time for action.  With the message “We believe you, and we believe in you,” VA is reaching out to survivors and their families, friends, and supporters throughout this April. To help VA raise awareness, visit www.MentalHealth.va.gov/SAAM, where you’ll find helpful resources and materials you can explore and share with others. By spreading the word and learning more about this topic, you can help MST survivors move forward on their healing journey.  

This Wednesday is National Doctors Day.  Each March 30 doctors are honored for their dedication and contributions to society.  It’s a good time to say “thank you” to the Dayton VA physicians for all they do for our Veterans and for us.
