Fayetteville Medical Center Ribbon Cutting for new Virtual Clinic that opens June 5th

Fayetteville , AR — Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks opens a virtual one stop shop clinic. The Virtual Health Resource Clinic (VHRC) provides in-person and virtual support to Veterans, family members, caregivers and VA staff with virtual care tools and programs.

VHRC hours Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  Veterans are welcome to walk-in or scheduled appointments.  Staff are available to help with training, education, and troubleshooting.  Services include:  Telehealth, Mobile Health, My HealtheVet, devices, Benetravel, Eligibility, PACT Act, and Specialty Services are just a few of services the clinic provides. 

This one stop shop clinic will help Veterans get assist and educate all the different online tools and programs available.  VHSO’s goal is to deliver the best care possible for Veterans. VA is incorporating technology into all aspects of the health care experience from setting appointments to meeting with a provider. Technology allows Veterans to benefit from more convenient, patient-centered care. VHRC Clinic will support Veterans to get the right care in the right place at the right time, from a location of their choice.
