No Cost Veteran flu vaccines available at Southeastern North Carolina VA clinics beginning September 9

Fayetteville , NC — Fall is just around the corner, now is the time to consider getting your annual flu vaccine. Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Health Care System is offering several no cost flu vaccine options for area Veterans enrolled in VA health care, beginning Monday, September 9 at seven VA health care facilities.
The Fayetteville VA Health Care Center, 7300 S. Raeford Road, will kick off the flu vaccine season with a Drive-thru ONLY flu vaccines “September 9 thru September 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Veterans are asked to use the Old Raeford Road entrance and follow the flu vaccination signs. The drive-thru flu vaccine service will end on September 13 at 3 p.m., when the Immunization Clinic opens on September 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

Brunswick VA CBOC (18 Doctors Way, Supply)—Thursdays 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Fayetteville VA Medical Center (2300 Ramsey St) — Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Fayetteville VA Health Care Center (7300 S. Raeford Rd)—Immunization Clinic opens Monday, September 16. Room 1650, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Goldsboro VA CBOC (2610 Hospital Rd)—Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Hamlet VA CBOC (100 Jefferson St)—Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Jacksonville VA CBOC (4006 Henderson Drive)—Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Robeson VA CBOC (139 Three Hunts Dr, Pembroke)—Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sanford VA CBOC (3112 Tramway Rd)—Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. or with scheduled appointments.
Wilmington VA Health Care Center (1705 Gardner Rd)—Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and Wednesday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Scheduled appointments. Veterans with a scheduled medical appointment may also receive a flu vaccine starting September 9.
Community Care Network:
Veterans can also receive a flu vaccine through the Community Care Network pharmacies or urgent care/walk-in care at no cost to Veterans enrolled VA care.
