Chris D Waugh Pharm.D

 In that capacity, she is responsible for the Inpatient, Outpatient and Clinical Pharmacy Services at the 80-bed acute medical/surgical facility and its outpatient clinics. She joined the Hershel “Woody” Williams VA Medical Center in 1993 as a Pharmacy Practice Resident. Upon completion of residency, she worked as an Ambulatory  are Clinical Pharmacist for 6 years before moving on to a new position as Formulary Specialist and Pharmacy Practice residency director. In 2006, she became the Clinical Coordinator for Pharmacy Service. Dr. Waugh received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from West Virginia University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Kentucky. She completed the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Pharmacy Leadership Academy in 2008.
