Colleen Noe Ph.D.

Dr. Noe came to Mountain Home as a research audiologist in 1995. As the Associate Director, Operations, she oversees the administrative services including Environmental Management Services, Business Office, Fiscal, Facilities Management, Logistics, Nutrition and Food Services, Pharmacy, Strategic Planning, Emergency Management, and Police Service. She also provides indirect oversight for the Veterans Canteen Service, the Strategic Business Unit, the Office of Integrated Technology, and Prosthetics.

Dr. Noe graduated from East Tennessee State University with her BS in Communicative Disorders (1989) and MS in Audiology (1991). She graduated with her Ph.D. in Hearing Science from The Ohio State University (OSU) in 1994. She previously served in the following leadership roles: Chief, Audiology and Speech Pathology Services at Mountain Home, Acting National Program Director for Audiology and Speech Pathology Service (VA Central Office), and Deputy Chief of Staff for Mountain Home.
