Situation update

Wednesday, Dec 22, 3:08 p.m. EST

Due to the rise in the omicron variant of COVID, VA New York Harbor health care is temporarily suspending all visitation to our facilities, with the exception of visitation for patients imminently dying. Our priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and employees. Please continue to wear a mask and maintain social distancing, and make a plan to receive your vaccination and/or booster shot if you have not yet done so. We wish everyone a safe Holiday season, and look forward to welcoming visitors back once the situation improves. Thank you.
