Electronic Health Record Modernization Progress at VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System

Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center and its associated clinics within VANEOHS will transition to a new electronic health record (EHR), called the Federal EHR, in October of 2026. This is the same system adopted by the Department of Defense (DoD) in 2017, and among other benefits, it will better support servicemembers as they transition from military service to Veteran status.
