Our Audiology and Speech Pathology clinic provides diagnostic and rehabilitative services, VA compensation and pension examinations, and screening for employee hearing conservation.
We offer a full range of audiology and speech pathology services like:
- Hearing and balance evaluations
- Selection, management, and repair of hearing aids and assistive listening device assessments
- Evaluation, programming, and management of cochlear implants and bone-anchored implants
- Evaluation and treatment for auditory processing disorder
- Services that help with speech, language, fluency, voice, cognitive communication, swallowing, stuttering, and laryngectomy (surgical removal of the larynx, which contains your vocal cords)

We provide inpatient and outpatient services for chronic diseases and disorders that affect your brain, spine, and the nerves that connect them. Our neurologists read electroencephalogram (EEG) recordings, which measure the electrical impulses brain cells use to communicate with each other. We evaluate and treat many neurological illnesses and disorders such as:
- Neuropathy (nerve damage), myelopathy and other spinal cord injuries, and radiculopathy (pinched nerves)
- Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis
- Stroke, dementia, and degenerative diseases
- Other neurological conditions

PTSD care

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health problem that some people develop after experiencing or witnessing a life-threatening event, like combat, a natural disaster, a car accident, or sexual assault. It's normal to have upsetting memories, feel on edge, or have trouble sleeping after this type of event. If symptoms last more than a few months, it may be PTSD. We can help you with effective treatments and support services, like:
- Psychiatric and psychological counseling
- Services for Veterans who are homeless
- Treatment for addictive disorders
- Transition and care management for post-9/11 combat Veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and Operation New Dawn (OND)
Primary care
Your VA primary care provider will work closely with you to plan for all the care you need to stay healthy and well throughout your life, including immunizations and vaccinations. They will also work with family members or caregivers who support you.

Our urgent care clinic offers walk-in health care when you need help right away, but don't have an emergency. Urgent care doesn't replace your primary care doctor, but it can help when your doctor's office is closed and you need to see a health care professional immediately. We treat medical conditions like:

The mission of VHA Vocational Rehabilitation is to promote recovery for Veterans living with mental illness or physical impairment, with barriers to employment, who want to secure and maintain meaningful community-based competitive employment that fosters self-esteem, dignity, respect, and independence through high-quality vocational rehabilitation services.
- Transitional Work provides work restoration services in actual work settings by matching veterans’ skills and interest with a specific job, providing vocational supports and resources needed for a veteran to successfully transition to competitive employment.
- Supported Employment provides long-term support for Veterans with serious mental illnesses or physical disabilities to help them compete for jobs in their communities. Supported employment offers a full range of vocational services, including but not limited to, ongoing vocational assessments, benefits counseling, rapid/individualized job search, job development and placement, assertive engagement, and follow-along supports.
- Supported Education assists Veterans with developing an education goal, connecting with schools, and training programs of interest to the veteran to gather relevant information, providing information on resources for funding for education/training, and direct assistance for applying and enrolling in school as well as maintaining matriculation.
- Community Based Employment Services provides individual support based on the Veteran’s strengths, needs, and abilities. The goal is direct placement in competitive employment to build a career. This service is provided to Veterans who have a history of sporadic employment, difficulty with job searching, difficulty maintaining a job or are unable to obtain employment independently but would like to work in the community.
- Supported Self Employment helps veterans with achieving successful self-employment consistent with their career goals by providing them with the specific knowledge and skills necessary for self-employment, peer support from those whose have achieved self-employment success, and connections with funding sources which can assist with the enterprise.
- Vocational Assistance offers vocational counseling services to include, but not limited to, resume or job seeking skills assistance, interest or aptitude testing, interviewing practice, counseling to develop skills to obtain or maintain employment, and referrals to community resources.
