Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (excluding Federal Holidays)
The CRRC is a walk-in clinic so it is best to arrive as early as possible.
It is the goal of the CRRC to provide same day referral for all services including transitional housing, but this may not be possible if one arrives too late in the afternoon. Community shelter referrals are provided for Veterans who arrive too late in the day for same day referrals to transitional housing.

Care we provide at VA Phoenix health care

We help Veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to financial hardship, unemployment, addiction, mental health issues, physical health issues, or transition from jail. If you are a Veteran that is at risk of becoming homeless or currently experiencing homelessness, contact the Phoenix VA’s Community Resource and Referral Center to get connected to programs and services designed to assist with maintaining or establishing safe and stable housing through one or more of the following programs or services:

• Homeless Programs Assessment to identify the most beneficial programs/referrals given your individual circumstances.
• Referral(s) for Transitional Housing, Permanent Housing, Eviction Prevention
• Information provided for non-VA funded shelters, food pantries, healthcare, mental healthcare, substance abuse treatment/detox, and employment resources
• Referrals to VA Employment Specialist as well as community based employment assistance programs.
• On-site Healthcare Provided for VA Eligible Homeless Veterans or VA Eligible Veterans that are engaged with VA Homeless Programs.
