Scott Arnold is a 2010 graduate from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Arnold has been an employee with John J. Pershing VA Medical Center since 2010, working for 7 years in outpatient physical therapy before transitioning to a supervisory role in February of 2017 and being promoted to chief of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Services in 2023.
Arnold has fostered growth in the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Services (PM&R), leading the department from a service of 3 staff members to the current 32 direct and indirect staff members. He has also been instrumental in the growth of John J Pershing's Whole Health Program. Under the supervision of Dr. Arnold, PM&R services have added aquatic physical therapy, chronic pain physical therapy, pelvic floor physical therapy, and lymphedema management in conjunction with traditional therapies. Additionally, chiropractic and physical therapy services have been expanded to all clinic locations except for Farmington.
Arnold has been married to his wife, Andrea Arnold, for 19 years and is a father of 1 daughter and 2 sons.
