Brittany Palaniuk

Brittany has been working as the Senior Strategic Business Partner for the V20 NW HR Network - Portland SBU since February of 2022. As of July 2024, she served as Acting Associate Director of VA Portland HCS, and in December 2024 she was appointed as the Associate Director. Brittany began her VA career at Portland VA HCS in 2008 as an administrator and moved to Human Resources in 2013. In 2016, Brittany relocated to the San Diego VA HCS where she worked as an HR Supervisor for three years. She transitioned to the VISN 22 HR Network Office in 2019 and oversaw the HR modernization from the ground up. Prior to her federal career, Brittany grew up in San Diego, CA and graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in Political Science. She currently lives in Beaverton, with her husband and two children.
