On Friday May 24th, the Air Force Drive / Valley Street entrance to the campus will be open to vehicular traffic. 

On Tuesday night, May 28th,  barricades will be placed across the entrance at Armed Forces Blvd and close the entrance to vehicular traffic. On Wednesday morning, May 29th, construction fencing will be installed that will close the roadway for the duration of construction. 

• The parking garage will remain open for the duration of construction. The upper entrance/exit to the garage will be configured for entrance only. The lower entrance/exit will remain open. Vehicles exiting the parking garage will be routed up Armed Forces Blvd towards Airforce Drive & Marine Corps Trail. Vehicles exiting the garage will not be allowed onto Army Rd. to reduce congestion.  
• Parking Lot P1, across from the parking garage, will be partially closed and designated as government vehicle parking only. Please do not park in Lot P1 during construction.

As part of the ongoing security fence project, VA Providence will be closing the Armed Forces Blvd. entrance (Main Entrance) to the PVAMC on Tuesday, May 28th at 6pm. The closure is needed so the Contractor can reconfigure the entrance, install new fencing, and a new gate at the entrance.
