The COVID transmission rate in Rhode Island has jumped from low to high today. Therefore, effective Today, 7/22/2022 we will resume HIGH VA Health Protection level guidelines.

  •  Active screening will be done at the main entrance.
  • Visitation will occur on a case-by-case basis and require Care Team approval.
