Connell Connects at New Bedford Vet Center
Vet Centers are community-based counseling centers that provide a wide range of social and psychological services, including professional counseling to eligible Veterans, service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families.

On Wednesday, Director Connell visited the New Bedford Vet Center to engage with Veterans and Vet Center staff, reinforcing his commitment to enhancing Veteran services.
During his visit, Connell focused on understanding the specific needs and challenges faced by Veterans, discussing improvements in healthcare access and mental health support. His hands-on approach is part of VA Providence's ongoing efforts to ensure that services not only meet but exceed the expectations of our nation's heroes.
