Enhancing Bonds at the Providence Vet Center
On May 8, 2024, Lawrence Connell, Director of VA Providence, visited the Providence Vet Center to strengthen ties and emphasize the critical mission of supporting Veterans and their families.
During his visit, Director Connell engaged with Vet Center staff, underscoring the Center's commitment to providing essential counseling and outreach services. The Providence Vet Center plays a pivotal role in offering a range of services, including individual and group counseling, marriage and family therapy, recreational opportunities and assistance with VA benefits. This support is vital for the well-being of Veterans as they transition to civilian life, ensuring they receive the care and resources they deserve.
