The Providence Vet Center is proud to announce the opening of a new Community Access Point (CAP) at the Middletown Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).

This strategic expansion is part of their ongoing effort to make essential services more accessible to Veterans in the Rhode Island community.

Every Thursday, the Middletown CAP will be staffed by Nate Monteiro from the Providence Vet Center, ensuring that Veterans have consistent and reliable access to the support they need. The CAP operates from 7 AM to 4 PM and is available by appointment only, providing a convenient, local hub where Veterans can connect with vital resources.
