This past weekend, VA Providence proudly participated in the Mashpee Wampanoag Veterans Council’s Veteran Fair, an event dedicated to honoring and supporting our Veterans.

Public Affairs Specialist Justyn Charon and Women Veteran Programs Manager Joanne Barrett were present to represent VA Providence and offer their support. The event saw an impressive turnout, with over 100 Veterans in attendance. VA Providence successfully enrolled several Veterans on-site, while the VA Regional Office processed more than 40 claims, ensuring that Veterans received the assistance and resources they deserve. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with the Mashpee Wampanoag community and look forward to continuing our partnership to serve all Veterans.

Special thank you to the Mashpee Wampanoag Veterans Council and the Cape Cod Vet Center's Veteran Outreach Program Specialist Adam Doerfler for organizing this event and inviting VA Providence to attend.
