Advance Care Planning Fair

Central Virginia VA Health Care System will hold an Advance Directive Fair at the Richmond VA Medical Center on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the South Mall.

A Social Worker will be available to assist with completing an advance directive.

What matters most to you? Advance care planning is an important discussion to have with your loved ones. Talk to them about what matters most to you and write your decisions in an advance directive.
