Roseburg , OR — As we enter the fall season, the Roseburg VA Health Care System (RVAHCS) is delighted to announce our Fall 2024 Vaccine Clinics.

As we enter the fall season, the Roseburg VA Health Care System (RVAHCS) is delighted to announce our Fall 2024 Vaccine Clinics. We are providing convenient locations and extended hours to ensure that all enrolled Veterans have access to essential flu and COVID-19 vaccines. Your health and well-being are our top priority. Please review the following information about our upcoming clinics and vaccination options.

Where are vaccines available?

Roseburg VA Medical Center Campus, Drive-thru Clinic, Building 1 Canopy
Saturdays, September 28, October 19, and November 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Wednesdays, October 2, October 9, October 23 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Eugene VA Health Care Center, Walk-in Clinic, Lobby
Saturdays:  September 28, October 5, October 19, November 2 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Tuesdays: October 1 thru October 29 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday: October 3 thru October 24 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Brookings VA Clinic:
Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

North Bend VA Clinic:
Tuesdays: 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Thursdays: 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What vaccines are currently available at RVAHCS? 

Influenza Fluzone (High-Dose): Recommended for individuals 65 years and older*
Influenza Flaurix (standard Dose): Recommended for individuals under 65 years old
COMING SOON: COVID-19 Vaccine

Who is eligible to receive a vaccine at RVAHCS? 

All Veterans enrolled in VA Health Care

Access vaccines through Community Care Network 

Access a free flu vaccine at an in-network Community Care Network location using the following directions. There is no cost or copay to you if your visit is only for a flu or COVID-19 vaccine. For assistance with in-network community flu or COVID-19 vaccines, call 877-881-7618.

Before you go: 

  • Call to ensure the urgent care provider or retail pharmacy offers the no-cost flu and COVID-19 vaccines to Veterans

Ask about the vaccine type you are seeking (some flu vaccines are for people aged 65 and older)

  • Bring the billing information located here (print it or take a screenshot on your phone)

When you arrive:

  • Tell the provider you are a Veteran enrolled in VA Health Care
  • Tell them you would like to receive the flu and or COVID-19 vaccine paid for by VA
  • Show your government-issued ID and the billing information located here
