September 4, 2024

Saginaw , MI — Saginaw – Veterans! Do you drive long distances for your health care appointments?

Are you looking for an easier way to connect with your provider? Join us for a Telehealth Awareness Fair on September 20, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. located at Aleda E. Lutz VAMC’s Auditorium, 1500 Weiss St., Saginaw, MI 48602.

“We are excited to share this opportunity to educate Veterans on the variety of Telehealth Programs available to them,” stated Laurel Nowak, RN, Telehealth Program. “Many Veterans using the programs have provided us positive feedback on the ease of using the devices and appreciate saving time while attending appointments from the comfort of their home and money saved on gas.”

Veterans and their caregivers will be able to learn about My HealtheVet, VA Video Connect, Clinical Video Telehealth, Home Telehealth, Store and Forward and Digital Divide programs. We look forward to sharing these expanding health care options the VA offers to connect Veterans to the soonest and best care.
