COVID-19 vaccines and testing
Safe care is our mission. VA Sioux Falls Healthcare System offers the COVID-19 vaccine to ALL Veterans, Veteran spouses, caregivers of Veterans, and CHAMPVA recipients at no cost.
The VA Sioux Falls Healthcare System currently has the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine available, and is only vaccinating individuals 18+ years of age.
The CDC has issued new terminology on vaccine status. Please visit "Stay Up to Date with Your Vaccines" to determine if you are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccination status. The recommendations will be different depending on your age, health status and when you first got vaccinated and/or your booster.

- Spouse of a Veteran
- Caregivers of a Veteran
- Recipients of Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) benefits
While at VA you will need to wear a face mask, and physical distancing measures will be in place. For more about vaccinations at VA, visit: www.va.gov/health-care/covid-19-vaccine/.
