Ms. Diane Webb was appointed Medical Center Associate Director at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in February 2022.
Immediately prior to this appointment, Ms. Webb was the Interim Associate Medical Center Director of the VA Health Care System in Clarksburg, West Virginia. She also served as a Health System Specialist in the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary for Health for Operations and Management in Washington, D.C. In this position, she gained extensive experience as an operations liaison between Veterans Integrated Service Networks and Veterans Health Administration Executive Leaders.
Ms. Webb began her VA career at the Northern Indiana Veterans Medical Center as an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff. She then worked as an Executive Assistant to the Associate Director of Patient Care Services at the Louisville Veterans Medical Center. Ms. Webb’s experience also includes nearly 13 years as a Health Care Administrator in the U.S. Air Force.
Ms. Webb is a graduate of the Leadership Veterans Administration, is a certified coach for the VHA Healthcare Leadership Institute, a certified VHA Crucial Conversation Coach, a certified VHA Coaching and Mentoring Instructor, a certified VHA Federal Acquisition Contracting Officer Representative, a certified VHA Federal Acquisition Project and Program Manager, a certified VHA Integrated Ethics Leadership Officer, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Ms. Webb earned a Master's of Science degree in Healthcare Administrative Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology and Business Management from the University of Maryland's European Division and Associate's of Applied Science degree in Mental Health Technology from Purdue University.
