IMPORTANT UPDATE: The Native American Heritage Month Smudging Ceremony will now take place November 29 at 12 p.m., outside at the Flagpole, entrance of the main medical center.

Smudging is the cultural practice of burning medicinal plants to cleanse ourselves and connect with our spirit and creator. This year's theme is, "Tribal Nations Soaring to New Heights."
