West Palm Beach VA Ranks among Top VA Facilities for Organizational Health

West Palm Beach , FL — The West Palm Beach VA Healthcare System (WPBVAHCS) ranks among the top 15% of VA healthcare systems across the country for organizational health, according to the 2023 All Employee Survey (AES).
AES is an annual assessment of all VA employees at all locations that queries workplace satisfaction, culture, climate, turnover, supervisory behaviors, and general workplace perceptions. Over 80% of WPBVAHCS employees participated in the survey, ranking the healthcare system at or above national VA averages across all areas.
“The ranking represents a shared commitment across the organization to provide world class health care to American heroes.” said WPBVAHCS Executive Director Cory Price.
