VA Western New York Healthcare System (VA WNYHS) is now offering in-person and virtual services at the Virtual Health Resource Center (VHRC).

VHRCs offer support to Veterans, their family members and caregivers, and VA staff looking to take advantage of virtual care tools.

Each VHRC is staffed with health technology experts who provide guidance, hands-on support, training, troubleshooting help, and other information regarding virtual care tools, such as VA Video Connect, My HealtheVet, mobile health apps, and devices.

VA staff members can turn to the VHRCs for support with incorporating virtual care tools into their daily workflow or clinical practice. The VHRC experts hold regular trainings for staff to stay up to date on virtual care tools and technologies and serve as a resource that VA staff can refer Veterans to when they have questions or need technical support beyond the VA staff member’s expertise.

The VA WNYHS VHRC is located on 6C in room 629C and is open Monday -Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Veterans interested in scheduling an appointment can contact 716 862-7886.  Staff can refer themselves or a Veteran By calling our Hot Line 716 862-7886, email or teams, we do also take Walk-ins.
