Mr. Potluri currently serves at a level-two complexity facility in DE, along with oversight of the 5 Community Clinics serving Veterans in Delaware and south NJ
Before his current role, Mr. Potluri served as Veteran Health Indiana's Associate Medical Center Director (AD) from 2020-2023. Veteran Health Indiana is a 1A tertiary care healthcare organization with 15 care sites across central and southern Indiana. In this capacity, he was responsible for Fiscal with an operating budget of $850M+, Engineering, Health Administration, Supply Chain, Police, Privacy, two large outpatient clinics, Healthcare Technology, Strategy & Planning, IT, Information Security, Contracting, Human Resources, and Veterans Canteen Service.
Before his role as the AD, Mr. Potluri served as the Chief of the Business Office/Patient Care Administrative Service at the VA Northeast Ohio Health Care System based in Cleveland, Executive Administrative Officer to the Associate Director for Finance, Ambulatory Care Operations Director-Group Practice Manager, Business Manager for the Ambulatory and Emergency Care Clinical Center, and Health System Specialist to the Chief of Staff for the VA Maryland Healthcare System. Mr. Potluri also served on executive details at various VAMCs.
Mr. Potluri developed several nationally recognized strategies for improving efficiency and access to care. Mr. Potluri also served on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Association of Health Care Executives and the Board of Directors for the Indiana Healthcare Executives Network. He is the Treasurer for the VA Chapter of the National Association of Health Service Executives.
Mr. Vamsee Potluri graduated from numerous VA Leadership programs and was recognized with the American College of Health Care Executive’s Early Careerist Healthcare Executive Regent Award. He is board-certified in Healthcare Management, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executive, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Mr. Potluri enjoys spending time with his family and friends in his spare time. He is a married and proud father of two.
