Terms of Use

You have entered a restricted use website. This website is intended only for authorized representatives of Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs), community groups, government agencies, and other entities authorized to obtain outreach materials to assist homeless Veterans. If you are unsure if your organization is authorized to use this website, email the name, address, and phone number of your organization to VAHomeless_Veteran_Outreach@va.gov before submitting your request. Personnel from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will notify you whether your organization is authorized to receive outreach items.

Each request for outreach materials will be reviewed by VA personnel. Requests from unauthorized individuals and organizations will be rejected. We reserve the right to adjust quantities shipped to ensure sufficient items will be available for organizations across the US. Individuals and organizations that attempt to abuse this service will be barred from using this site.

Organizations that receive items shall only distribute items labeled "Veterans Only" to Veterans who are homeless and at risk of homelessness. All other items may be given to Veterans or other persons who can assist in increasing awareness of VA resources for homeless and at risk Veterans.

We will contact them about how they can help advance the mission of ending homelessness among Veterans.
