Augusta , GA — VA Augusta Health Care System invites Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licenses Practical Nurses (LPNs) to a nursing job fair from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, March 23, in Room 3B-125 at our Uptown site at 1 Freedom Way in Augusta.
“We’re looking to fill RN and LPN positions in our long-term care and spinal cord injury units,” said Dr. Phoebe Burda, VA Augusta Nurse Recruiter. “And as a nurse, you couldn’t ask for a more meaningful career than caring for local Veterans.”
VA Augusta Health Care System employs about 2,700 employees who serve more than 50,000 unique Veteran patients each year in Georgia and South Carolina. In addition to Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center’s two campuses in Augusta, VA Augusta operates three outpatient clinics in Aiken, South Carolina, and Athens and Statesboro, Georgia.
