 In an effort to better serve the veteran and family members, upon request Vet Centers will provide services after normal work hours and/or on weekends.

Tuesdays: PTSD Support Group (10:00am - 11:00am.) Art Therapy Group (2:00pm - 4:00pm.) PTSD Group (6:00pm - 8:00pm.)

Wednesdays: Women's MST Recovery Group (10:00am - 11:30am.) Here and Now Group (2:00pm- 4;00pm.) Significant Others Support Group (3:00pm - 4:00pm.)

Thursdays: Co-Occurring Group (10;00am - 11:30am.) Mindful Movement (4:00pm - 5:00pm.) OEF/OIF Group (6:00pm - 8:00pm.)

Fridays: Walking Group (10:00am - 11:30am.)

Del Norte County, Trinity County, Humboldt State University, College of the Redwoods, and in Garberville.
