Scott Reesman is the acting director of the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, GA.
David Scott Reesman is currently the Associate director at the Carl Vinson VA in Dublin Georgia. Serves as the deputy to the Medical Center Director overseeing a staff of 2,400 employees and seven Community Based Outreach Centers covering most of south east Georgia . From 2016 to 2021 Mr. Reesman served as Chief Supply Chain Officer of the VA Memphis Medical Care Healthcare with responsibility for overseeing the logistical support of the Medical Center and three Community Based Outpatient Clinics that provide care to over 50, 000 Veterans, an operating budget of $800 million, and more than 2200 employees. His leadership brought the Memphis Logistical Department from the 147th rated to a top five performer. Reesman has been employed by the Veterans Health Administration since 2014 and is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel of the Cavalry with numerous combat deployments. He is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College and his last Command was of the 128th Brigade Support Battalion.
