Mr. Norton comes to Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System by way of VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System in Cleveland, Ohio.
There, he previously served as the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Deployment Lead. Initially starting as a student employee in 2009, he has held progressively higher managerial roles in clinical and administrative services at the third largest VA healthcare system. He has extensive experience in operations, performance improvement and organizational change. Mr. Norton has a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, is Prosci Change Management Certified, a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and, the American Hospital Association, and is a recent graduate of the Healthcare Leadership Development Program.
