Ms. Webb earned her bachelor's degree from Kent State University in Ohio.
She subsequently earned her master's in Business Administration from Cleveland State University in Ohio.
Ms. Webb began her VA career in 2004 as a student trainee with Louis Stokes VAMC in Cleveland, OH. Since then, she has held numerous leadership positions at the facility and VISN level, with a primary focus in Human Resources. She has served as the Deputy Chief of Human Resources for the VA South Central Network (VISN 16), as well as the Chief of Human Resources for the Southeast Network (VISN 7). She also served as the VA National Chapter President of the Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE).
