Rosetta Daniel DNP

Dr. Daniel is a native of Buffalo, NY and is a United States Air Force Veteran. She received her Associates of Applied Science from St. Phillips College, her Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Indiana University Southeast, her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University.  

Dr. Daniel joined the Veterans Administration in January 2007 and is a graduate of the VISN 9 MidSouth Healthcare Network Leadership Institute.  Over the years, she has held a variety of positions in nursing as a clinician, Supervisor, and leader. As the Interim Associate Director for Patient Care, Dr. Daniel is directly responsible for the delivery of all nursing care delivered at Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Health Care System. This includes two outpatient Healthcare Centers, multiple Community Based Outpatients Centers and an outpatient Dialysis Center. In addition, she is responsible for the Sterilization, Disinfecting and Processing department and the facility Telehealth Services. 

Prior to her detail as Associate Director, Patient Care Services, Dr. Daniel served as Chief Nurse for Acute Care from September 2013 to Present and Interim Deputy Associate Director Patient Care Services from August 2021 to February 2022.
