Help Us Honor Our Vietnam Veterans!
In commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War, we would like to invite you to help us honor our Vietnam Veterans by submitting a photo via email of a special Vietnam Veteran in your life. If you are a Vietnam Veteran, we would love to have you submit a photo of yourself as well!
Photos must be submitted no later than Friday, March 22nd.
We will be displaying photos submitted of Vietnam Veterans who are associated with the Marion VA Health Care System employees, friends/family of employees or community members throughout our catchment area. If you would like to participate by sending a photo of a Vietnam Veteran in your life or of yourself as a Vietnam Veteran, please review the information below and follow the instructions:
How to Submit Vietnam Veteran Photos
- Submit a 4X6 or 5X7 photograph of a Vietnam Veteran.
- Since photos cannot be returned, we are asking for all submissions to be email ONLY to VHAMRNCDCE@va.gov
- Interesting information about the Veterans may be included with the photos, i.e., Name, Branch, Rank, etc.
- Please submit all photos no later than Friday, March 22, 2024.
- Each photo submitted must be accompanied with VA Form 10-3203 (July 2020) Photo Release Form. VA Form 10-3203 Fill.pdf
- The Veteran or the Veteran’s family (if deceased or unable to give consent) is giving the Marion VA Health Care System consent to display the picture physically and/or digitally.
- Feel free to call the Center for Development and Civic Engagement (CDCE) office at 618-993-4121.
- NOTE: If you’ve submitted a photo in the past, you need not resubmit as we maintain past submissions.
