Emily Perinovic PharmD

Emily Perinovic, PharmD is the Pain Management Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison School of Pharmacy and completed her Pharmacy Practice residency at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. Her experience includes inpatient medicine and specialty teams including the Hospice and Palliative Care team in which she developed a strong interest in pain and symptom management.  She is a member of Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacist Society and her additional interests are in opioid safety, risk mitigation, and Whole Health integration.
