The Inpatient Rehabilitation Program serves eligible veterans over the age of 18 who may benefit from inpatient rehabilitation services after sustaining a stroke, spinal cord injury/disease, amputation, brain injury or neurological disorder, bone or joint injury/disease or a complex medical condition who meet admission criteria.
Outpatient Pain Rehabilitation
The Outpatient Pain Rehabilitation Program (OPRP) is based on an interdisciplinary model of care for patients with chronic pain. The program uses multiple specialties and alternative approaches to manage pain. In addition to your current treatment plan, an individualized plan of care will be developed. You will learn new ways to manage your pain and improve your daily functioning.
Transition and Care Management
The Transition and Care Management Program offers case management services to all Veterans who have served since September 11, 2001 and are transitioning to civilian life.
