Stacey Scherpf, Au.D., CCC-A previously served as the acting director of the Phoenix 32nd Street VA Clinic, one of the largest outpatient clinics in the VHA.

She provided strategic direction, physical site management, and fiscal oversight for all 32nd Street operations including Primary Care, Mental Health, Imaging, Laboratory, Veteran Resource Center, Pharmacy, Health Administration Services, Canteen, Police, Office of Information and Technology, Logistics, Telehealth, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Services and Specialty Care services.

Dr. Scherpf has been with PVAHCS for over 25 years most recently serving as the VISN 22 Physical Medicine and Rehab Clinical Lead/REC ICC co-lead as well as over 12 years as the Service Chief for the Audiology and Speech Pathology service. She has held multiple leadership roles at local, VISN, and national levels within VHA and external professional organizations. Dr. Scherpf is VA-CASE LEAN Black Belt certified focusing on system redesign and process improvement aiming to improve health care delivery to Veterans. Dr. Scherpf received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University as well as graduate degrees from Arizona State University and AT Still University of Health Sciences. She is the proud granddaughter of a WWII USMC Veteran, daughter of USAF Veteran, as well as a sister to USAF (retired) and USN Veterans.

As Associate Director for Operations, Dr. Scherpf will be responsible for Public Affairs, Environmental Management Service, Health Administration Service, Nutrition Hospitality Food Service, Privacy Office, Radiation Safety, Veteran Experience Service, Police Department, Voluntary Services, Information Security, and Prosthetics.
