Indian River , MI — Attention Veterans!
We will be closing the Cheboygan County VA Outpatient Clinic, located at 14540 Mackinaw Hwy., Mackinaw City, MI, on Thursday, September 7, 2023. All appointments beginning Tuesday, September 12, 2023 will be held at Pfc. Justin T. Paton Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic, located at 5739 Highway M-68, Indian River, MI 49749.
The Cheboygan/Indian River Call Center line number will remain the same – 989-497-2500, extension 13560.
The Aleda E. Lutz VAMC in Saginaw, Michigan operates an 81-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation Community Living Center. It provides care to over 40,126 Veterans in a 35-county geographic area, from mid-Michigan to the Mackinac Bridge. Veterans can also receive care at one of our nine VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics located throughout Michigan.
