Emma Phillips, MSN, RN, CIC, is the Acting Associate Director of Patient Care Services (ADPCS) at Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS).
Phillips has been a dedicated member of TVHS since 2013. She has been serving as the Chief Nurse for Business Operations focusing on enhancing patient care, optimizing operational efficiencies, and implementing targeted recruitment and retention strategies for all nursing staff. In addition to her clinical background in acute care and infection prevention, Phillips served as the health system specialist to the ADPCS prior to taking her role as chief nurse.
Ms. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Austin Peay State University.
