Residents/Fellows/Sub-Interns

To participate as Resident/Fellow/Sub-Intern at the VA, you will need to complete the following Onboarding requirements. Your onboarding will be completed using the new VA Onboarding Account Provisioning/Deprovisioning (APD) System. You will receive an email notification from MVI.System@va.gov with an invitation to enter this system and to start the process. 

Please complete onboarding paperwork and required TMS course “VHA Mandatory Training for Trainees” by April 8, 2024. Instructions are contained within the APD System.

Step 1: Access Provisioning / Deprovisioning (APD) System

All trainees established by a VA Coordinator will be entered into the APD System. Once your email and name are entered the trainee will receive an invitation email from MVI.System@va.gov to complete onboarding processes.

Step 2: CPRS (Computerized Patient Record System) Training

Step 3: First Day of Rotation
