Returning Service Member Care with the Military 2 VA (M2VA) Program

The Phoenix VA Health Care System’s M2VA Program is here to assist with your transition and readjustment from Active Duty and the DoD health care system to the VA health care system and the next phase of your life. Care may include: transitional care management for assistance with navigating the VA Health Care System, initial VA vesting medical appointments, psychotherapy (with a focus on post deployment and readjustment related concerns), mental health medication evaluation and management, and other general transition needs.
