Presently patients can park under the building in the garage (lots of handicap parking spots) and next to the employee parking garage at the edge of the campus. Patients are free to park along Porto Allegre (parallel with the river) as well. There is additional handicap parking at the main entrance (the entrance is closed for construction) near West 10th St. but the walking distance to the Atrium entrance (where screening is done) is several hundred feet.
Patients are encouraged to park in the garage under the medical center. These are the closest spots to the entry point where you will be screened.
Wheelchair availability: Wheelchairs are available upon arrival for patients who need them to access the building.
Van services for Veterans
The Volunteer Transportation Network can help transport ambulatory Veteran patients that have no other means of transportation to the VA medical facilities – you can get more information about transportation from the VTN office, 317-988-2472.
Non-DAV van services

A PSC should include each item that an eligible Veteran has obtained from the VA by the medical center's Prosthetic department.
You can pick up an application in the Prosthetics department. This card allows you to get service on prosthetic limbs when you are on travel. Get more information: (317) 988-4835.
