1-800-MyVA411

hands holding dog tags imprinted I am a Veteran

The Department of Veterans Affairs established 1-800-MyVA411 (1-800-698-2411) in 2020 to help Veterans, their family members, caregivers, and survivors understand and access the broad spectrum of VA benefits and services.

1-800-MyVA411 (1-800-698-2411)—available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—simplifies and improves customer access to VA through a single, easy-to-remember phone number. Callers can also press Option 9 to connect directly with a VA service recovery specialist to share concerns, offer recommendations, or ask questions.

The caller will be routed to the appropriate subject matter expert or receive a case number and updates throughout the concern resolution process.

1-800-MyVA411 (1-800-698-2411) is VA’s “front door,” the one number all Veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors may use to access VA resources.
